Is this really acceptable in a public building?

This is the state of the Town Hall. Not after a major event. Not during renovation. Just a regular day. Dust so thick you can write in it. Grime on the toilet walls. Stair edges lined with dirt and debris. When was this last cleaned properly? Who’s responsible for maintaining hygiene here? This isn’t just about appearances. It’s about basic standards. It’s about respect for the people who use this space—especially those who rely on it being clean and accessible. Would you want to bring a guest here? Would you feel comfortable using these facilities? The community deserves better. This needs sorting, now.
